Take it from me, kidney stones suck!!! Anyone who has had one will agree with me! But through diet, I was able to dissolve them completely!
A few years back, I was rear-ended in a car accident. As a result, I had some pain, and saw a fellow chiropractor for care. We took some x-rays of my back, and BOOM, we could see a 5cm solid stone in my right kidney. Now that did explain some of the discomfort I had had on and off before the accident in that area. I was determined to get rid of it naturally, and I did!
There can be several reasons that kidney stones occur, and they can be EXTREMELY painful when you move, cough, sneeze, sleep, or when your body tries to get rid of them! So I did some research, and incorporated these foods into my routine more frequently to help get rid of it, as well as prevent future stones. Those foods included green tea, lemon water, corn silk tea, basil, parsley, rosemary, asparagus, spinach, fresh red beets, red onions, and LOTS and LOTS of water.
Since then, I have had some x-rays and it is completely gone! Some people that make stones may think that there is really nothing that can be done, but there absolutely is! Let thy food be thy medicine! Below is a link to an article that gives some other tips on how to beat kidney stones.
