In a fast-paced world of GO, GO, GO, we don't always find it easy or convenient to eat healthy foods, in particular snacks, because of the time it takes to make these foods, and then the clean up after! With the modern conveniences of fast food, pre-packaged snack foods, and the like, eating healthy snacks can be less tempting. Then we find ourselves at a smoothie shop, thinking that we are doing ourselves a favor by getting a smoothie, because it being called a smoothie, it already sounds healthy right?
