We can all benefit from detoxifying our bodies! Every day, we come into contact with chemicals in our home, in our air and water, and our food. From laundry detergent, to that new car smell, chemicals surround us, and in many cases can cause serious health issues for us if not dealt with. Detoxifying our bodies is how we rid our bodies of these toxins that can be stored up over time, and allow our body to function at an optimal level for optimal health!
