Did you know that being happier can make you healthier? Smiling more can tone facial muscles, reducing wrinkles and signs of again, as well as releasing feel-good hormones. Laughing can surge a release of endorphins, which reduce pain and inflammation, reduce stress and tension, as well as contribute to feeling good all over, regulating mood, and help you to sleep better.
