We ALL can benefit from better sleep! We can all also benefit from regular stretching. Stretching helps our muscles, ligaments and fascia (connective tissue) stay as mobile and pliable as possible, and helps reduce stiffness and aid in normal range of motion. Often times we find that people are neglecting their body in many ways, one of those ways being infrequent stretching, or not stretching at all, even when they complain about being stiff all the time!
I for one would on many occasion consider paying good money for a better night's sleep, and I find that many people are in the same boat! And barring trying to take a sleep aid, avoiding caffeine, and other measures, sleep that is long enough and restful can be hard to come by some times. Luckily, there is something you can do about it. Below is a link to 10 stretches that you can do each night that can help you sleep more soundly and restful, and awaken refreshed and ready to charge the day!!!
