Turmeric is touted as one of the BEST foods on the planet for many reasons! It helps combat inflammation, which drives hundreds of disease and degenerative processes in our bodies. It is high in antioxidants, which help keep our cells healthy and happy, as well as us looking younger! Turmeric also helps with improve brain function, lower risk of heart disease, and so much more!
For many of you that I have spoken with, I frequently recommend turmeric to be a part of your daily supplement regiment to help keep you healthy! I found this recipe online and wanted to share because it is quick to make, has simple ingredients, and will be perfect for this time of year!
