Many people deal with the aches and pains of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).  One of the best things that we can do to combat the inflammation associated with RA is to consume large amounts of anti-inflammatory foods!  Some times we get tired of trying to always eat healthy, so trying new and tasty ways of eating these foods is a great way to get more of the goodness in!  Below is a link to some smoothie recipes that will help reduce the inflammation and ultimately the pain and aches involved with RA!  Please share this link, as there are others out there who are suffering, and this is a great natural way they can feel and heal better!
