There are many things that can cause us to prematurely age, and many of those things are within our control. I found an article I wanted to share with 9 habits that many of us are guilty of, all of which contribute to looking older than we really are. We would all love to maintain a youthful appearance, and you can take action today and start making modifications in your day to be as youthful in appearance as you can.
