We all have those weekends! Company in town, old friends drop by for a visit, birthdays, travel, vacations, etc. Usually, we will step out of our normal eating habits to enjoy things we may not eat all the time, and that is perfectly ok. Though the increased calorie intake for a few days is not a huge problem, some times we can have trouble getting back on track in our eating regiment.
