Preparing for pregnancy is a tough thing to do. Cribs, Pack-N-Plays, what color paint the baby's room, diapers, wipes, and so much more! But one of the most important steps in planning to be a new mom is making sure your body is as healthy as it can be so that you and the baby will have a healthy pregnancy.
