There is a lot of fancy marketing out there that can show products to be better than others, when in many cases they are not! This is especially true when it comes to nutritional supplements. One of the battles on the nutrition front is Fish Oil Vs. Krill Oil. There are many companies that claim krill oil, oil derived from a small shrimp, is a superior source of Omega-3 fatty acids than fish oil, and if you look at some research you will find that this in not the case.
