Exercise is vital to be healthy. Movement, flexibility, strength and stamina are just a few of the benefits of a proper exercise program. When it comes to these and other things, the old adage is true, Use It Or Lose It! In so many cases of back pain, one of the things that was lacking was the ability of the person's body to withstand normal and possibly abnormal stresses. Solid core and structural muscle strength and stability are vital in keeping your back safe from injury.
