Minerals are an essential part of being healthy!  Often times in our diets, we find that we may not be getting enough of these things that we need, vitamins, minerals, good fats, and protein to name a few.  When it comes to women's health, this is no exception.  For a woman's body to function optimally, she needs to be consuming various foods that are high in all things that are good for her.  Minerals intake is often lower in the average American diet, and even those using multivitamins to supplement their diet may find that many over the counter vitamins are very ineffective.
