As parents, we want to do everything we can to ensure our kids have the best of everything. That includes the best immune system they can have! But one thing that people don't realize often is that moms can actually help boost their kid's immune system BEFORE they are even born!!! WHAAAAATTTTT!!!!! (That is what the baby in the picture is saying, at least in my head as I was writing this!)
Often times prenatal vitamins are recommended when a woman is pregnant to help bridge nutritional gaps. Some of those nutrients are not only crucial for the mom to stay healthy during her pregnancy, but for healthy and optimal development of the baby as well. And the truth is, you can give your kids a huge head start in the development of their immune system as well, just by adding supplements while you are pregnant.
