So we all know that salads are a great meal choice.  Healthy, full of fiber and nutrients, and they taste amazing!  But at times when we are trying to make sure we are eating well, traditional salad dressings can be a bit of a problem, since they can be loaded with high amounts of calories, sugars, not the best oils, and other ingredients you would not necessarily care to ingest.  In many cases, home made salad dressings are the best, because they are fresh, nutrient rich, and can be tailored to your liking.
